Annie Roberts is a Founding Partner of Open Capital Advisors, a management consulting and financial advisory firm based in Nairobi. Since 2010, Open Capital has supported over 500 engagements across 20 countries in Africa with a team of 120 consultants based in Nairobi, Kampala, and Lusaka. The firm supports entrepreneurs as they refine their strategy, improves their operations, and defines milestones for growth. Open Capital has partnered closely with successful entrepreneurs in clean cooking as well agribusiness, renewable energy, logistics and distribution, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and fast-moving consumer goods. Beyond direct support for entrepreneurs, the firm works with emerging markets investors and development partners to deliver innovative products and services to support the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Annie joined Open Capital from The Boston Consulting Group’s Chicago office.
