Bernadette Blom

Bernadette Blom is founder and Co-owner of FOUNT, a Dutch impact investment and advisory company. She has nearly 25 years of structured finance and strategic advisory experience, 17 years of which is focused on impact investing. FOUNT was established in 2011 (previously named Goodwell Advisory Services). Within FOUNT, Bernadette has been leading several strategic assignments including assignments focusing on corporate strategies, feasibility studies, impact investment strategies and frameworks, etc. Bernadette is (part-time) Director of BIX Capital, an initiative of Shell Foundation and Cardano Development, and IC member of the Good Fashion Fund, an investment fund focused on driving the implementation of innovative solutions in the fashion industry in Bangladesh, India, and Vietnam.

Before establishing FOUNT, Bernadette co-founded Corporate Connect, a financial advisory firm with a focus on impact investing and worked at Accenture as Senior Strategy Consultant, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi (London), and ABN AMRO Bank investment banking (Amsterdam).
