Besnik Hyseni

Besnik Hyseni is part of the Energy Access team at the World Bank’s Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP). He brings 8 years of operational and technical analytical work experience in energy access and household energy – off-grid electrification and clean cooking, in particular – and economic analysis of power projects. Besnik holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Stanford University and a Master of Arts in International Economic Policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
