Eng. Madrin Maina is the Technical Operations Manager for Sistema.bio Kenya. She is a registered Engineer and Project Manager in Kenya with a degree in Civil Engineering. She started her career in the GSM sector designing and installing masts for telecom companies, then joined a power transmission company in Kenya and Russia. She moved back to Kenya to work in a solar mini-grid firm as a construction manager before joining Sistema.Bío as the Technical Operations Manager in 2018. She has optimized technical processes to deliver clean cooking solutions to farmers and launched extra products into the market that run on renewable energy. She has focused on digitizing all technical operations and having work processes in place that are used by Sistema.bio globally.
