Manish Grover

Manish Grover is the Chief General Manager for LPG Coordination at Indian Oil. He is based in Delhi, where he coordinates with India’s Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas and the office of the Minister of Petroleum on several initiatives, including the Direct Benefit Transfer in LPG, the GiveitUp LPG Subsidy Scheme, and the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojna program. Manish joined Indian Oil in 1988 as part of the LPG group. Over the last 31 years, he has worked in various positions within the company, including LPG operations, sales, strategies, and new LPG initiatives, at different locations across India. He has also worked for seven years with the new business development group for IOCL, and was part of the LNG gas marketing team. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Delhi University and a Master’s of Business Affairs from the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad.
