Richard Ebong

Richard Ebong is the Manager of Legal Metrology at the Uganda National Bureau of Standards. He holds a Master of Management Science in Project Planning and Management and is trained in clean combustion technology and its application for rural households. He is currently responsible for process assurance and innovations in standards development in Uganda.
