Sheel Shah

Sheel Shah is the Corporate Strategy and Operations Lead at Pezesha, a marketplace lending fintech business for financial inclusion of the underserved in emerging markets. Prior to joining Pezesha, Sheel held roles in investing and business operations in East Africa, and before that he was a Retirement Consultant at Willis Towers Watson in the UK. Sheel is a Qualified Actuary (FIA) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Warwick and a Master’s degree in Actuarial Finance from Imperial College London. He is currently working on direction-setting strategy, acquisition initiatives, and operational excellence for Pezesha’s small business lending proposition.
